Listing Agent – South Bay Interested in launching your commercial real estate career with a proven platform for success? • Prospect pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments
• Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing
• Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly
• Make a listing presentation for the seller to explain the home’s key selling points and asking price
• Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business

Qualifications:

• Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
• Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential
• Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
• Real estate license required
• Commission opportunity
