What To Expect
Recruiting Coordinators are recognized as experts in organization and adaptability, who are dedicated to ensuring all candidates have a positive and lasting impression of Tesla. This position supports scheduling a high volume of interviews for a variety of business units across North America and facilitating onsite candidates at Gigafactory Texas in Austin. The most successful Coordinators are those who can efficiently navigate last-minute changes and a high volume of requests, while continuing to deliver an exceptional experience to all partners and candidates.

What You'll Do

Play a crucial role within a fast-paced Recruiting team, working to coordinate onsite, phone, and virtual candidate interviews. This includes managing complex scheduling and facilities requirements, as well as booking candidate travelFacilitate exceptional partnerships with hiring managers, recruiters, and other recruiting coordinators, prioritizing timely follow-up and follow-through, exceptional customer service, and high-quality workDrive and participate in ad hoc process improvements and other projects that benefit the broader Coordination teamEnsure data integrity by consistently updating candidate records in the applicant tracking system, including entering NDA documentation and relevant interview details

What You'll Bring

Demonstrated excellence in organizational skill, time management, and creativity, performed in dynamic work environmentsProven experience providing exceptional candidate or customer experienceExcellent verbal communicator with exceptional written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Microsoft OutlookMinimum of 6 months to 1 year of work experience as a Recruiting Coordinator in a fast-paced, start-up type atmosphere, or in a similar professional coordination roleUnderstanding of applicant tracking or CRM-type systems
