Chronic illnesses include CKD, DM, HTN, Cardiac Disease Adult Sickle Cell crisis management, including IVFs, pain medications and blood transfusions. Miscellaneous Local Radius: 60 miles Locals Accepted: Yes, on a case-by-case basis at 10% less than the posted bill rate RTO Restrictions for Client Offers: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility needs Guaranteed Hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks. Charting: EPIC Parking Cost: Parking management office (located 91presidents street) to obtain parking permit. $20 registration fee for a hang tag which will allow use of the garage. No additional fees. Hang tag will not cover parking in any other locations. If parking outside of the 91 Street Parking Garage, additional fees may be incurred. **Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season, all employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams.
