What You’ll Do

As a Residential/Commercial Cleaner, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our clients’ spaces. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing thorough cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Cleaning and maintaining kitchens, bathrooms, and other high-traffic areas.
- Handling commercial spaces with attention to detail and efficiency.
- Ensuring all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and effectively.
- Communicating with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction and address any specific requests.

Weekly Pay + Mileage Examples (What This Can Look Like)

Pay Rate: $17/hour
Mileage Reimbursement: $0.50 per mile (paid separately)

• Hours: 15 hours
• Pay: $255
• Mileage: ~$75
• Estimated Weekly Total:  ~$330

Example 4: Higher-Hour Week

For dependable team members who can take on additional jobs.

• Hours: 18 hours
• Pay: $306
• Mileage: ~$85
• Estimated Weekly Total:  ~$391

• Hours: 20 hours
• Pay: $340
• Mileage: ~$90

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of cleaning experience is preferred in residential and/or commercial settings.
- A strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- The ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with clients and team members.
- Physical stamina to handle cleaning tasks and lift moderate weights as needed.
