In office position with office hours Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Salary Range: $50,000.00 to $55,000.00/year
Maintain and optimize the HubSpot CRM system, ensuring data is clean, organized, and actionable.
Provide hands-on support to our Sales Team by managing research, follow-ups, and client relationship logistics.
Analyze sales performance and provide reporting insights that drive strategic decisions.
Support forecasting and planning by compiling, cleaning, and transforming raw sales data into meaningful insights.
Partner with the Client Experience Manager to elevate the customer journey.
Identify new lead sources and assist with prospect qualification within HubSpot.
Manage lead nurturing workflows and campaign follow-ups to keep opportunities moving forward.
Track key KPIs to ensure pipeline health and timely lead progression.
Assist with the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and content outreach.
Keep the company website updated with fresh, relevant content.
Create and schedule engaging social media posts aligned with campaign objectives and brand standards.
Draft and distribute newsletters, promotional content, and branded communications to grow awareness and engagement.
Ensure consistent branding across all platforms and marketing materials.
2+ years in a sales or marketing support role, preferably in a B2B environment.
Proficiency with HubSpot CRM (certification preferred).
Advanced Excel skills to transform raw data into actionable insights.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
Exceptional written and verbal communication.
Experience with digital tools like Canva, CMS platforms, email marketing software, and social scheduling tools.
