Position: Sales Manager – Snacks & Confection Industry

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment and enjoys strategic leadership, relationship building, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow business with major retail chains (Walmart, Target, Sam’s Club, CVS, Walgreens, etc.).
• Lead strategic planning, sales execution, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, supply chain, and product teams.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities to meet annual goals.
• Build strong customer relationships and negotiate effectively.
• Lead and support a high-performing sales team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 2–5 years of sales experience in the snacks or confection industry (required).
• Proven experience selling to major retail chains.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• Self-driven, analytical, and effective at managing customer relationships.
