SALES REP - RUNNING

We are looking for a Sales Rep to manage and grow a defined territory, build strong relationships, and deliver exceptional service across accounts. This role offers the opportunity to influence sales strategy, activate brand experiences, and connect with the running community through impactful partnerships.
PURPOSE
Lead sales and service across a geographic territory by managing accounts, implementing marketing initiatives, and supporting product launches. Represent adidas Running with excellence and ensure the brand is elevated at every touchpoint.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Drive territory growth and profitability through strategic planning and innovative sales tactics
Provide tailored product assortments and support materials to key accounts
Collaborate with marketing and retail teams to execute events and product activations
Resolve account issues and maintain strong communication across internal and external teams
Deliver insights and feedback to product teams to support inventory planning and sell through
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Ability to manage multiple accounts and sell appropriate product assortments
Strong merchandising and planning skills with forecasting experience
Proficiency in applying financial data to influence decisions
Effective communication and presentation skills across all business levels
Technical proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
Minimum three years of sales or marketing experience
Athletic industry experience preferred
