Job Description

Mitchell is looking for a motivated and organized Sales Representative to join our team and manage an established territory in Salem, OR. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and growing our account base through exceptional service, smart strategy, and a passion for wine. Ideal candidates will have: Previous wine wholesale experience, especially with high-touch accounts Strong existing knowledge of wine and eagerness to learn our portfolio Experience meeting sales and distribution goals Ability to build new business while maintaining strong existing relationships High level of self-organization, scheduling, and territory routing Comfort working independently and with direction from Sales Manager Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service and presentation skills Familiarity with both retail and restaurant sales environments Computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.) A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent wine education (e.g. WSET, Court of Master Sommeliers) preferred Position Requirements: Valid Oregon Driver’s License Valid OLCC Server’s Permit Reliable transportation & proof of insurance Must currently reside in the Portland Metro area (Non-residents will not be considered) Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and regularly perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, kneeling, and display building Daily driving required to service accounts Benefits: Competitive base salary + robust commission + incentives Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) Matching Retirement Plan PTO & 8 Paid Company Holidays Annual Performance Bonus Wine perks and generous discounts FSA & Dependent Care Accounts Life & Disability Insurance (Short & Long-Term, AD&D) Opportunity to grow within a sustainable, growth-oriented business
