Key Responsibilities:

Beach Attendants:

• Set up and maintain beach areas (sunbeds, umbrellas, etc.)

• Assist guests with rentals and general enquiries

• Ensure beach cleanliness and safety

Cleaners:

• Perform routine cleaning of common areas, restrooms, and facilities

• Follow hygiene and safety standards

• Report maintenance issues as needed

Runners:

• Support front and back-of-house teams by delivering food, drinks, and supplies

• Ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction

• Maintain cleanliness of work areas

Kitchen Helpers:

• Assist in basic food prep and kitchen organization

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in food prep areas

• Support chefs and kitchen staff as needed

Baristas:

• Prepare and serve hot/cold beverages with quality and consistency

• Handle POS systems and interact with customers in a friendly manner

• Keep the bar area clean and stocked

Handymen:

• Perform minor repairs and general maintenance tasks

• Ensure safety and functionality of all equipment and facilities

• Support team with ad hoc technical or manual tasks

Entertainers:

• Create a lively and engaging atmosphere for guests, especially during events or peak hours

• Host or participate in activities (e.g. games, music sessions, themed nights)

• Interact with guests in a fun and friendly manner

• Contribute to the overall guest experience with energy and creativity

Requirements:

• Fluency in English is essential

• Must be residing in the north of Malta , preferably close to Mellieħa

• Previous experience in a similar role is an asset but not required

• Good communication skills and a positive attitude

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor or indoor environment

• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• Team spirit with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism

• For entertainers: outgoing personality and confidence engaging with guests
