This Senior Business Systems Analyst position requires a highly skilled individual with extensive experience in information and communications technologies, strategic planning, and change management. The role involves leading and participating in grant/research proposal writing, developing business cases, defining business requirements, and representing the organization in various committees. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and experience in stakeholder management, contributing a business perspective to project teams. Supervisory responsibilities may include directing other business and/or systems analysts.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and/or participate in grant and research proposal writing and presentations.
- Lead and/or participate in the development and presentation of business/value cases.
- Lead and/or participate in the development of business requirements to support business/value cases.
- Represent the organization on regional, provincial, and national committees.
- Assist in the development and implementation of solutions to meet strategic objectives and goals.
- Contribute a business perspective to project teams.
- Manage and collaborate with stakeholders.
- May supervise other business and/or systems analysts.
- Work independently or under the general supervision of a Program Director.
