**Job Description:**
As a Server at Aravilla you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that customers have an enjoyable dining experience. You will work closely with other team members to create a positive and efficient atmosphere.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including specials and recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them promptly.
- Monitor table settings and cleanliness, ensuring a pleasant dining environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a courteous manner.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for service.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean workspace.

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience as a server, waiter, or waitress in an Assisted Living environment preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
