**Construction Laborer - Everett, WA** **Pay:** $24-$32 per hour (based on experience) **Schedule:** Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM (Overtime available on Fridays) **Position Overview** We're looking for a **Construction Laborer/Assembler** to join our team. In this role, you'll work with metal cladding, insulation, and steel components to build structural panels according to detailed specifications. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience in carpentry, roofing, material handling, and mechanical assembly, with a strong commitment to safety and organization. **Key Responsibilities** + Assemble structural metal building panels in a shop environment. + Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently. + Use measuring tools (tape measure, square) with high accuracy. + Handle materials safely, including assisting with suspended loads. + Follow detailed work instructions and meet production deadlines. + Maintain a clean and safe work area. + Perform additional tasks as needed. **Qualifications** + Skilled in sheet metal fabrication, repair, assembly, and installation. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Minimum 2 years of experience in siding, roofing, metalworking, or assembly trades. + Proficient with standard shop equipment. + Accurate measurement skills (up to 1/16 inch). + High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred. **Additional Requirements** + Ability to select and operate the correct tools for each task. + Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills. + Familiarity with the role prior to the interview. **Benefits** + Competitive pay and full benefits package. + Medical, dental, and vision coverage. + Company-paid and supplemental life insurance, short-term disability, accident, and hospital insurance. + Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays. + 401(k) with employer match. + Employee referral bonus program. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Everett, WA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
