What You'll Do:
🔬 Design and execute stability studies for pharmaceutical products
📊 Analyze stability data and prepare comprehensive reports
📋 Maintain detailed documentation and laboratory records
🧪 Monitor environmental conditions and storage parameters
⚖️ Ensure compliance with FDA, ICH, and other regulatory guidelines
🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development
What We're Looking For:
✅ 2+ years of experience in stability testing or pharmaceutical research
✅ master's degree in a scientific discipline OR bachelor's degree in a scientific field with 1-2 years of relevant experience
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✅ Experience with HPLC, GC, and other analytical instruments
✅ Knowledge of regulatory requirements and GMP practices
✅ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
