  • This job is a member of the Global ReservationsTeam within the Customer Experience Division.
  • ​Performs a wide variety of office duties as necessary and provides administrative support for Customer Experience.

What you'll do

  • Coordinates training and team meetings
  • Handles timekeeping for reservations agents
  • Processes vacation change requests
  • Processes shift swaps among reservation agents
  • Manages ordering office supplies, updating manuals
  • Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports from automated data bases
  • Completes other administrative tasks as assigned
  • Manages and triages correspondence sent to American Airlines
  • Fulfills customer compensation and update activity logs

  • ​Ability to work with minimum supervision and meet deadlines
  • Must be self-motivated
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.

  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written with all levels within the organization
