Title: Remote Supervising Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Department: Behavioral Health, Osborn Family Health Center Reports To: Chief Medical Officer Exemption Status: Exempt Location: Remote Employment Type:Part-time About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Supervising Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our behavioral health team. The ideal candidate will provide clinical supervision to master level social workers, ensure high standards of care, and support the growth and development of a team providing these services. Must have knowledge of a wide range of therapeutic interventions appropriate for adults and children. Particular experience inunderstanding of implications of poverty, literacy levels, culture, and language is required. Use of the DSM5 in practice setting is necessary. Osborn Family Health Center uses the Integrative Care Model to provide Behavioral Health Services Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical supervision in accordance with state licensing board requirements. Support, mentor, and guide social workers in case conceptualization, clinical interventions, and ethical practice. Review and approve clinical documentation (notes, treatment plans, assessments) as needed. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all relevant legal and ethical standards. Assist withtraining clinical staff. Conduct regular group and individual supervision meetings if necessary. Participate in quality assurance efforts, including audits and case reviews. Collaborate with administrative leadership to improve clinical workflows and maintain service excellence. Stay updated on best practices and continuing education relevant to the population served. Requirements: Active and unrestricted LCSW license in NJ Minimum of 5 years post-licensure clinical experience. Experience in providing telehealth services. Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices, clinical documentation, and supervision techniques. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EHR systems. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience supervising pre-licensed clinicians. Experience in a virtual or hybrid mental health environment.
