deciBel Research has an immediate opening for a Systems Engineer in Huntsville, AL.

Position Description:

deciBel Research seeks a Systems Requirements Engineer in support of the Missile Defense Agency's (MDA's) Ground-Based Mid-course Defense (GMD) program on the GWS Architecture and Delivery requirements team.

The selected candidate should thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, and collaborative/teams comprised of all experience levels.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline from an accredited university and 2+ years of related experience or a Master's degree.

Experience Requirements:

• Experience using DOORS to maintain and trace requirements.
• Recent requirements authoring experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to think critically and capture concepts in work products, presentations, and discussions.
• Capable of working both independently and within a team environment.

Special Skills Desired:

• GMD System Experience
• Test/Verification experience
• CAMEO Experience
