Team Leader - JPC26

Pay: $60,000 - 75,000/year + Benefits

Industry: Plastic

Schedule: Monday - Friday

We are seeking a skilled Processing Lead with 4-5 years of experience in processing engineering-grade materials. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a focus on troubleshooting, process optimization, and supervising production teams.

Responsibilities:

• Process capability, troubleshooting, SPC (Statistical Process Control), and robotics implementation.
• Diagnose and correct issues with molding processes, including molds, setups, and automation.
• Verify process/robotic/cycle times during machine start-up.
• Train personnel on proper molding machine operations, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
• Supervise shift employees and manage performance, including conducting performance reviews and taking disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the production team to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.

Qualifications:

• MUST have 4-5 years of experience in processing engineering-grade materials.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• A minimum of two years of experience supervising a production team is preferred.
• Strong background in diagnosing and correcting molding process issues.
• Experience with process/robotic/cycle time verification during start-up.
• Must be able to train employees in molding machine operations and safety procedures.
