Job Description
We are seeking a talented Technical Product Manager to define and own the product roadmap for SaaS solutions, including API integrations and data-intensive applications. This role involves partnering with engineering leaders to prioritize technical debt and align development with long-term business goals, while evaluating emerging technologies and trends for innovation.
Responsibilities
+ Define and own the product roadmap for SaaS solutions, including API integrations and data-intensive applications.
+ Partner with engineering leaders to prioritize technical debt and align development with long-term business goals.
+ Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on requirements, timelines, and priorities.
+ Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language for internal and external stakeholders.
+ Partner with customer success, sales, and marketing teams to gather feedback and ensure the product meets market demands.
+ Develop and manage a clear, data-driven product backlog, balancing technical feasibility, market demands, and strategic priorities.
+ Drive end-to-end delivery of technical projects by working closely with engineering teams to define and manage sprints, deliverables, and timelines.
+ Measure product success through clearly defined KPIs and metrics, iterating based on data and feedback.
+ Advocate for both end-users and internal developers by addressing usability, maintainability, and scalability in all solutions.
+ Work with customers and partners to gather feedback, identify pain points, and validate technical requirements.
+ Foster collaboration across teams and maintain focus on delivering customer value.
+ Stay informed about travel tech trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to guide innovation.
Essential Skills
+ 3-5 years of experience in a technical role (e.g., software development, system architecture) or technical product management.
+ 3 or more years of product management experience, with at least 1 year in a technical product role.
+ Ability to manage product roadmaps and deliver technical projects in Agile environments.
+ Experience defining product roadmaps, writing user stories, and prioritizing features based on customer value.
+ Experience working with APIs, data pipelines, cloud technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure), and integrations in a SaaS or B2B environment.
+ Knowledge of data analytics, reporting systems, and customer-facing platforms.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Background in industries like travel, workforce management, or accommodations.
+ Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
Work Environment
This role requires working in the office for four days a week, with one day available for remote work. The remote workday is flexible, depending on office presence and project load, but there is currently no flexibility beyond choosing your work-from-home day. The environment is innovative and collaborative, with a focus on transforming workforce travel through technology.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
