We are currently seeking a TEMP BPO Senior Associate to join our team in Attleboro, Massachusetts (US-MA), United States (US). **Key Responsibilities:** 1. This individual is responsible for supporting Burglary, Fire Alarm, and Access systems for CVS Retail stores. 2. Working closely with CVS subcontractors to help support and track issues pertaining to CVS entities. 3. The Alarm Special Project Coordinator position is in a fast-paced call center environment working in conjunction with CVS's Service/Installation team on trouble shooting calls. 4.
