Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a  Travel RN - Med/Surg - CC 613

Shift : Days / 7a-7p, 12x3, 36 hrs/week

Length : 13 weeks

At least one weekend within 4-week period

Requirements:

• TN license
• At least 1 year of RN experience
• 1 year of M/S experience
• BLS
• ACLS (optional)

Other Details:

• Documentation system: Meditech
• Number of Beds: 54; 11 beds on a busy and dedicated ortho/spine unit
• Patient Ratios: 1:5-6 for RNs; 1:12-15 for PCTs; RN/LPN team would have 10 total. Each hall has 2-3 RNs/1 LPN (as staffing/census allows) and 1-2 PCTs
• Type of equipment: Alaris pumps, remote telemetry, continuous pulse ox, specialty beds, transfer equipment, wound vacs, chest tubes, NG and feeding tubes, etc.
• General Medical/Surgical procedures and patient population including post-catheterizations w/o intervention, lap appy/chole, thoracentesis/paracentesis, special procedures performed by IR, dedicated Spine and Joint Unit, stable traumas, HD/peritoneal dialysis, CBI, etc.
• Floating within unit’s discretion
• Dress Code: (Required uniform) Grey Scrubs

Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).
