Web Programmer & Software Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-stack web and e-commerce application development, testing, and debugging
• Enhancements and feature development for existing websites and applications
• Integration with third-party systems and APIs
• Collaboration with the design team to connect UI/UX with functionality
• Occasional direct communication with clients for technical clarification or progress updates
• Contributing to internal process improvements and team knowledge sharing
• Supporting project scheduling and workload planning as the team grows
• Consistently contributing approx. 40 hours/week in a professional work environment

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10 15+ years of hands-on, professional web development experience
• Strong backend development experience in PHP
• Advanced understanding of MySQL and relational database structures
• Solid understanding of Functional JavaScript (beyond frameworks)
• Experience working within MVC architecture
• Strong understanding and experience with REST API integrations
• Familiarity with open-source CMS & frameworks such as:
  WordPress, CakePHP, Joomla, Laravel, Magento, Drupal, OpenCart, etc.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as:
  React, Vue, Angular, jQuery, Gatsby, ExtJS, Ionic, etc.
• Comfortable working within Linux environments and using command line tools
• Experience with Git or other version control systems
• Ability to interpret business needs and convert them into functional solutions
• Self-directed, reliable, communicates clearly, and adaptable
