Description We are looking for a dedicated Wholesale and Retail Associate to join our team in Boise, Idaho. This position requires a motivated individual who can effectively balance wholesale operations with retail sales support while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork. This is a long-term contract to perm opportunity for someone eager to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Manage daily wholesale operations, ensuring orders are processed and fulfilled accurately. - Provide excellent support to retail sales by assisting customers and addressing their needs efficiently. - Transport products between designated locations reliably and in a timely manner. - Handle food products with care, maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to food safety protocols. - Follow detailed multi-step processes and utilize training tools to ensure operational accuracy. - Lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods (up to 8 hours daily). - Communicate professionally and effectively with wholesale business accounts and customers. - Collaborate with team members to provide seamless service and maintain a positive work environment. Requirements - Previous experience in inside sales or retail sales support. - Familiarity with wholesale and retail operations. - Knowledge of food safety standards and practices. - Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. - Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods. - Proficiency in basic administrative tasks and order entry systems. - A reliable means of transportation for traveling between work locations.
