What You’ll Do:
- Supervise daily food and beverage operations to ensure premium service.
- Lead and support a team of food attendants and kitchen staff.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and efficiency.
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and consistency.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food service regulations.
- Train new employees and support staff development.
- Handle customer interactions, ensuring satisfaction and resolving any issues.
General Responsibilities:
- Follow and enforce all policies and procedures.
- Ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Monitor employee productivity and provide guidance for improved efficiency.
- Oversee daily work activities and assign responsibilities as needed.
- Maintain professional relationships with staff, vendors, and management.
- Comply with all Sodexo HACCP policies and safety regulations.
- Participate in safety meetings, hazard assessments, and training programs.
Who We’re Looking For:
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- 1 year of experience in hospitality, food service, or a related field.
- 1 year of management experience in hospitality, food service, or related field.
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
- Customer-first mindset with great attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professionalism, honesty, and a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours).
- Ability to walk, reach, bend, stoop, push, pull, and lift up to 35 lbs (occasionally 40 lbs).
- Close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Work Conditions:
- Indoor airport lounge environment with some exposure to temperature changes.
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Moderate to loud noise levels in a bustling, fast-paced setting.
