About the Role:
We’re seeking a reliable and motivated Property Manager to join our team in Columbus, OH . You’ll help oversee day-to-day operations, tenant relations, leasing, maintenance coordination, and rent collections for residential properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage leasing and tenant communications
Coordinate maintenance and vendor services
Handle rent collections and enforce lease terms
Assist with budgeting and reporting
Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
What We’re Looking For:
1–3 years of property management or leasing experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Familiarity with property management software (AppFolio, Yardi, etc.)
Tax Credit experience is a BIG PLUS!
