Tree Specialists, Inc. is seeking a motivated Arborist Trainee —no prior experience required—to join our busy team. You’ll work alongside seasoned professionals, performing essential ground-crew duties and learning tree climbing, rigging, pruning, plant health care, and safety protocols through hands-on, on-the-job training.

This entry-level position offers a clear path for career growth: advance into climber or plant health roles while gaining critical credentials—including a Class B CDL within six months—supported by the company. Responsibilities

• Learn and apply tree climbing, rigging, and pruning techniques under the supervision of experienced crew members
• Assist with ground support and cleanup operations, including debris handling and equipment care
• Maintain a clean and safe job site while following all safety protocols and company procedures
• Communicate effectively with teammates and crew leaders to support smooth daily operations
• Operate tools and equipment safely and responsibly
• Contribute to team productivity and customer satisfaction by working efficiently and professionally

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must be comfortable working at heights and outdoors in varying weather conditions
