Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented entry-level Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to serve clients in need of Estate Planning and Probate .

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in Florida
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Great communication and organizational skills
• 0-3 years of associate experience
• Strong drafting and research skills, with the ability to handle estate plans
• An undergraduate degree with a legal background and a Juris Doctor degree are required
• Professional, courteous, and responsive — especially with elderly clients and court-appointed professionals

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients and effectively assist them by understanding their needs
• Prepare estate documents such as wills, trusts, and advance directives
• Prepare and file court documents
• Counsel clients on the implications of different estate planning tools
• Assist clients with estate and trust administration
• Attend necessary court hearings
• Organize and maintain client files
• Collaborate with other attorneys and paralegals

Salary Range: $70,000 - $130,000
