Job Title: Café Retailer & Barista
Reports to: Café Owner / Assistant General Manager
Location: On-site Vinings, Georgia

THE JOB DETAILS

Provide Excellent Customer Service
- Answer questions and assist guests with order decisions and processes
- Operate sales system via cash handling and credit card processing
Food & Beverage Support
- Refill and organize all display pastries and desserts
- Prepare made-to-order and scheduled café beverages
Cafe Environment
- Clean, organize, and restock café areas
- Support team members, where needed

WHAT YOU NEED

Previous experience in food service, customer service, retail or a willingness to learn
Weekday, weekend, and/or holiday availability
Ability to prioritize and follow directions
Adherence to food safety requirements & guidelines
Understanding of cash handling and transaction accuracy
Integrity, efficiency, and dependability
Ability to lift 25 lbs

INTERVIEW PROCESS
Our goal is to be as transparent as possible with our employees. We have a 3 part interview process after you submit your application.

Phone Interview (10-15 minutes)
- This is to get to know each other better and assess if Paris Baguette may be the right fit for you. We’ll ask a short series of questions and give you the opportunity to share more about yourself.
In-Person Interview (30 minutes)
- This is an opportunity for you to see the location, and better understand the role, the leadership team, and expectations.
Reference Check
- We request at minimum 2 references, 1 being a professional relationship
