Time To Dine Chefs and Caterers - Catering Customer Specialist

Overview:

Job Responsibilities:

• Answers calls and emails in a welcoming manner, making sure our clients know you are happy to hear from them
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring their catering needs are met
• Coordinate with the culinary and service teams to ensure smooth execution of events
• Handle customer complaints or issues with a positive attitude and a commitment to resolution
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and orders
• Responds to email catering orders and inquiries promptly and professionally
• Inputs Client data in our Quickbooks accounting system in a timely manner
• Faxes and/or email requested materials to clients.
• Prepares tent cards and menu signage for catering events
• Prepares labels for boxed lunches

Job Requirements:

• High school degree or equivalent
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Previous experience in customer service
• Able to multitask well
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Good computer skills
• Able to maintain self-control in stressful situations
• Pleasant and friendly disposition
• Previous experience Quickbooks is a plus
