CNC Machine Operator

Pay Range: $22/hr

Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 a.m. – 3 p.m. (OT available, but not guaranteed)

Location: Broomfield, CO

Position Type: 6 Month contract with high likelihood of long-term employment!

How you’ll spend your time as a CNC Machine Operator:

• Operate a variety of CNC machines (Lathe and Mill – no programming required).
• Produce stainless steel and aluminum parts to precise specifications.
• Inspect your own work using measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering prints accurately.
• Maintain a consistent run rate and uphold high-quality standards.
• Learn and understand all equipment on the production floor (currently 25 machines, 5 operators).
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on machines, including bead blast equipment.
• Complete work orders in Oracle and monitor supplies in your area.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE (N95 mask, steel-toed boots).
• Collaborate closely with a small team, maintaining a respectful and efficient workflow.

Sk ills & experience we’d like you to have:

• High school diploma or vocational training.
• 2+ years of CNC machine operation experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering prints.
• Experience with various CNC controls and inspection tools (calipers, micrometers).
• Packaging and labeling experience a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for most of the shift and occasionally lift 30–50 lbs.
• Comfortable wearing PPE throughout the shift.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen (including THC).
