Seeking an energetic recent graduate or up-and-comer with or without New York Real Estate Agent's License to join our Manhattan team. Partially due to COVID-19, the commercial real estate industry is entering a cycle when many properties will trade in distress and owners must sell. Cease the opportunity!\

We will train you to become an expert canvasser and superstar closer both on the phone and in person. \
\
Experience and Requirements:\
1-3 years sales experience preferred\
Bachelor degree preferred\
Masters in Real Estate or other related fields preferred, but not required\
New York Licensed Real Estate Agent license preferred, but not required\
Must be able to commute to our LES/Downtown office 4-5 times a week. This is non-negotiable, although some work-from-home days will be discussed.\

This is a commission-only position with very generous splits. You must have at least several months of cash reserves to apply for this position. We are not looking for time-wasters, current or future superstars only! If you think you can cut it, send your resume and if you are a fit, we will train you to be a superstar!
