ABOUT UGP Urban Golf Performance (UGP) delivers the most comprehensive golf learning experience in the game. From Tour-level coaching and golf-specific fitness to recovery, custom club fitting, and expert club building, we help PGA and LPGA Tour pros, NCAA champions, elite amateurs, club competitors, and beginners achieve the best golf and health of their lives.

ABOUT THE ROLE We're seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead UGP's digital growth strategy and strengthen our online presence across paid, organic, and email channels. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who's equal parts analytical and creativesomeone who understands how to turn data into action, insights into campaigns, and audiences into engaged communities.

You'll oversee UGP's paid advertising, SEO, social media, and email marketingleading strategy, copywriting, and performance optimization across platforms. You'll collaborate closely with the Marketing & Events Manager on creative projects to shape digital campaigns that tell the UGP story, drive measurable growth, and scale our reach.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and lead UGP's digital marketing strategy across paid media, social, email, and SEO to drive brand growth, engagement, and conversions
  • Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) for performance and ROAS
  • Maintain dashboards and performance reports to track KPIs, analyze trends, and inform strategy
  • Oversee SEO and website optimization, managing updates across UGP's digital platforms (Squarespace, Shopify, Calendly, Gleantap, and Mindbody)
  • Own social media strategy and management, overseeing content calendars, posting schedules, and community engagement
  • Draft compelling copy for ads, emails, landing pages, and organic social that aligns with UGP's voice and brand standards
  • Conduct A/B testing and leverage insights to refine targeting, creative performance, and customer journey effectiveness
  • Collaborate with the Marketing & Events Manager on campaign strategy and creative direction to produce digital assets that support paid and organic initiatives
  • Monitor digital trends and emerging marketing & growth opportunities to keep UGP's digital presence forward-thinking and competitive

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in digital, growth, or social media marketing, preferably within sports, fitness, or lifestyle brands
  • Proven experience managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics, conversion tracking, and KPI reporting tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, UTM tracking)
  • Skilled at analyzing performance data across paid and social channels and translating insights into actionable strategies
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms, website builders (Squarespace), and campaign automation best practices
  • Strong copywriting, content strategy, and project management skills with the ability to execute cross-functionally
  • Experience with design software (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc)
  • Experience with or ability to quickly learn CRM platforms (Gleantap, Mindbody)
  • Analytical, creative, and trend-savvy, with a proven track record of growing engaged audiences
  • Highly organized and proactive, comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • Golf enthusiast with knowledge of golf equipment, technology and current events preferred
