Our clients are seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals/Residential Counselors to work in residential settings in the Downingtown and Chester Springs areas to provide services to high functioning adults.

Long term, client negotiable temp-to-perm independent contracts.
Ongoing Schedules:
* Friday-Monday- 3pm-11pm
* Tuesday-Saturday- 3pm-11pm
* Friday-Monday- 8am-4pm
* Sunday-Thursday- 8am-4pm
* Sunday-Thursday- 11pm-7am
* Monday-Friday- 7am-3pm

CLIENT'S REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:
* Valid Driver's License
* High School Diploma/GED
* Covid Vaccination
* Experience working with persons with Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities
* Weekend Availability
* Accelerated placement with proof of valid Physical and TB/PPD screening (within one year)

As a Direct Support Professional, you will actively assist individuals and provide supervision, engagement & participate in outings.

CONTRACTING WITH DTG
This is an independent contractor opportunity for anyone who has ever worked as a: CNA, Certified Nursing Assistant, PCA, Personal Care Assistant, Companion, HHA, Home Health Aide, Hospice Worker, Caregiver, Direct Care Worker, DCW, Patient Care Technician, DSP and/or Direct Support Professional to provide support to persons with intellectual developmental disabilities in group home settings.
