Join our pack at Wag N Wash as a Grooming Lead where you'll combine your passion for animals with top-notch service to create a pawsitive experience for pets and their owners. Build our grooming team to provide excellent customer service to our neighbors and their furry friends.
What You’ll Do: Groom & style pets based on owner requests and breed standards
Bathe, brush, and condition furry customers with care
Prioritize pet wellness & safety at all times
Build relationships with pet parents and recommend the best products for their pets
Engage with the community to attract new customers
Customer Service - Provide our neighbors and furry friends a pawsitive grooming experience
Keep your workspace clean, fun, and inviting
Assist the team when the grooming schedule allows
Training - Mentor new groomers & bathers
Complete certification training in safety, bathing, and grooming
What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of grooming experience (formal training or experience under a certified groomer preferred)
2+ years of customer service or retail experience
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the day
Flexible schedule – evenings, weekends & holidays as needed
Must be at 18and pass background & drug
