Job Description

Immediately seeking skilled and reliable Installation Technicians for a large company on northeast side of San Antonio. This is a direct hire position. The role involves on-site installation of custom-made metal and aluminum doors, windows, and related products. The ideal candidate has construction or trade experience, takes pride in quality work, and can deliver top-tier service on both remodel and new construction job sites. Pay is $16.50/hr.-$17/hr. based on experience. Shift is Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, Saturdays as needed. Service area is San Antonio, Hill Country, Austin, Boerne, Laredo, Corpus, Horseshoe Bay, and McAllen. 

Installation Technician duties:

• Safely and efficiently install iron/steel and aluminum doors and windows.
• Follow installation procedures.
• Perform measurements, adjustments, leveling, and finishing.
• Apply protective wrap, touch-up paint, and install glass or hardware when needed.
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and adapt solutions in the field.
• Communicate clearly with Installation managers and clients when necessary.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Load/unload products and materials with care.
• Follow all safety protocols and job site requirements.
• Drive company vehicle to job sites for installs.

Requirements: 

• 2+ years of experience in door, window, or general construction installation preferred.
• Experience with metal and /or aluminum systems is a strong plus.
• Ability to read construction drawings, CAD layouts, or blueprints is a strong plus.
• Comfortable using hand tools, levels, drills, and power equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Physically able to lift and maneuver large products (up to 100 lbs. with assistance).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Professional appearance and punctuality.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Clean Driving Record.
