Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

Family Nurse Practitioner needed in Corinth, ME

Titan Placement Group invites you to explore this opportunity in Corinth, ME. This position is with a very progressive, well-run, and financially stable Federally Qualified Health Center.

Salary and Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $110,000 - $135,000 – Based on years of experience
• Fiscal year bonus based on productivity
• Health Insurance Employers Pays: (1st day of the month following 60 days)
• 80% for Employee
• 50% for Employee & Spouse or Employee & Children
• 40% for Family Plan
• Dental Insurance / Vision Insurance
• Dental benefit at dental center for employee and family with no premiums
• Life Insurance at 2x annual salary
• Retirement Package – 401(K) with 3% Match (After one year of employment)

• 120 hours of paid vacation
• Additional accrued PTO up to 88 hours each year

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 36 clinical hours and 4 hours of admin time
• 100% outpatient
• 1:12 call my phone only with an MD
• Appropriate clinical documentation through their Athena EMR
• Full Support Staff
• Directly reports to CMO

Requirements

• Compassionate Care
• Clear and Active Nurse Practitioner License in the State of Maine
• Board Certified in Family Medicine
