**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated production workers to join our team in assembling and packaging food products. This role requires hand dexterity and a keen attention to detail, ensuring quality and efficiency in the production line. **Responsibilities** + Work on a production line to assemble and package food products. + Maintain a clean and organized workspace. + Adhere to safety and quality standards at all times. + Wear appropriate safety gear including hair nets, lab coats, and beard nets when applicable. + Lift up to 15 pounds on rare occasions. **Essential Skills** + Hand dexterity and attention to detail. + Ability to operate machinery and perform inspections. + Experience in general labor and food production. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment (45 degrees). + Ability to wear closed-toed shoes and follow dress code requirements. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a relaxed dress code and a family-oriented environment. Safety gear including lab coats, hair nets, and gloves are mandatory. The facility prohibits fake nails, piercings, and jewelry to maintain safety and hygiene standards. First shift is from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM (potentially extending to 3:30 PM), and the second shift runs from 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM, with accommodations to ensure timely transportation. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Belleville, IL. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
