Temporary HR Assistant

We’re looking for a friendly, outgoing, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to support our HR and office operations. This temporary position plays a key role in creating a welcoming environment for employees and visitors while assisting with administrative and onboarding tasks.

Temporary HR Assistant Details:

• Temporary position
• $17.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm)

• Greet and assist employees and visitors with a positive, professional attitude
• Support HR with onboarding new hires and processing employee vacation requests
• Maintain front desk operations, handle phone calls, and direct inquiries as needed
• Enter and update information accurately in HR and scheduling systems
• Provide general administrative support and assist with basic HR functions
• Must be very tech savvy
• Prefer bilingual

Temporary HR Assistant Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Tech-savvy with strong computer and data entry skills
• Friendly, approachable, and organized with excellent communication skills
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
