Overview:

Today, National Ramp is in search of a passionate and enthusiastic Part-Time HR Support and Recruitment Specialist  that will bring their expertise to our team and help us grow to become the #1 Ramp Company in the World.

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional to support our human resources operations and recruitment efforts on a part-time basis (20-25 hours per week). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with people, systems, and processes.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Post job openings on relevant platforms and manage applicant tracking system
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
  • Assist with offer letters, background checks, and onboarding documentation
HR Administrative Support
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires
  • Help organize employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
Compliance & Reporting
  • Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws and company policies
  • Assist with documentation for audits and internal reviews
  • Prepare reports on recruitment metrics and employee data
Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years of recruitment experience required
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Salary: The salary range for this position, based in Valley Cottage, NY, is $24.00 to $30.00 an hour, plus bonus opportunities. The final salary will be based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
