Overview: Today, National Ramp is in search of a passionate and enthusiastic
Part-Time HR Support and Recruitment Specialist that will bring their expertise to our team and help us grow to become the #1 Ramp Company in the World.
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional to support our human resources operations and recruitment efforts on a part-time basis (20-25 hours per week). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with people, systems, and processes.

Your Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition - Post job openings on relevant platforms and manage applicant tracking system
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
- Assist with offer letters, background checks, and onboarding documentation
HR Administrative Support - Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires
- Help organize employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
Compliance & Reporting - Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws and company policies
- Assist with documentation for audits and internal reviews
- Prepare reports on recruitment metrics and employee data
Skills and Qualifications: - 1–3 years of recruitment experience required
- Familiarity with ATS platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Location: Valley Cottage, NY (On-Site), 3 days a week.
Salary: The salary range for this position, based in Valley Cottage, NY, is $24.00 to $30.00 an hour, plus bonus opportunities. The final salary will be based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
