Source, screen, and interview IT professionals across a range of technologies and industries.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified IT contractors through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and ATS.
Match candidate skills and experience with client job requirements and negotiate contract terms.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding, and contractor care.
Develop strong relationships with candidates to ensure high levels of engagement and redeployment opportunities.
Collaborate with account managers and sales teams to understand client needs and provide recruitment support.
Maintain up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Ensure compliance with legal and company hiring standards
1 - 2 years' experience as a recruiter, preferably in IT contract recruitment or technical staffing.
Strong knowledge of current IT technologies, market trends, and job functions.
Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and referrals.
Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to thrive in a KPI-driven and high-performance environment.
Experience working with an ATS and CRM tools.
