Ready to start your mornings with a team that’s all about growth, support, and top-notch customer service? Kenwood Dealer Group is looking for a Service Appointment Representative to be the voice our customers trust when it comes to scheduling, follow-ups, and service coordination.
What You’ll Do:
Schedule service appointments with professionalism and accuracy
Coordinate delivery of special order parts
Support Service Advisors with daily operations
Make follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Saturday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM
(Early hours = afternoons free!)
What We’re Looking For:
Customer service or call center experience (appointment setting is a plus!)
Strong communication + organizational skills
Comfortable with computers (CDK training provided)
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be 18+, pass a background check, and have a clean driving record
