Licensed Transaction Coordinator job at Rupp Real Estate Services Deland, FL, US

Job Description

Our real estate office is seeking a transaction coordinator who can effectively assist our valued home buyers and sellers from contract to close. You’ll work to make sure home inspections are arranged, assist with escrow documentation, schedule inspection appointments and repairs, and assure offers and counteroffers are approved. Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow-related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
Enter client information into the client database system and submit appropriate documentation to the office broker for file compliance and keep track of transaction activity
Review all documentation and confirm each has the proper signatures and dates to complete the home sale process quickly and smoothly
Oversee all administrative tasks regarding home buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to close
Make sure the buyer’s offer and counteroffers get approved by the seller to ensure a smooth real estate sales process

Qualifications:

A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred
Real estate license preferred
Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service
Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred
Applicants must possess exceptional organizational and verbal and written skills
