Summary:
A Senior Mulesoft Architect is required to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise integration solutions using Mulesoft. The role involves setting up hybrid environments, designing asynchronous integration models, and collaborating across teams to drive MuleSoft best practices, architecture, and CI/CD processes.

Position Info:

• Location: Remote work (Bethesda, MD 20817)

• Work Mode: Remote

Responsibilities:

• Analyze integration points and design field mappings between systems

• Set up MuleSoft On-Premise and Hybrid MMC server environments

• Create APIs using RAML and define JSON structures

• Design service engines using EAI patterns and asynchronous models

• Lead onsite and offshore development teams; conduct code reviews and mentorship

• Work with Enterprise Architects to define integration architecture and source systems

• Build and configure CI/CD pipelines for hybrid applications with DevOps teams

• Handle DMZ server setups, IBM MQ messaging, API portal security policies, and application deployments

• Follow Agile and Test-Driven Development practices using tools like MUnit, Maven, and GIT

Skills/Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in Mulesoft architecture and development

• Strong knowledge of integration patterns, RAML, API design, and JSON

• Hands-on experience with hybrid deployments, MMC server, and Anypoint Cloud

• Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD, Maven, and version control (GIT)

• Proficient with IBM MQ and API security configuration

• Experience in leading cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams

• Strong documentation, planning, and communication skills
