• Active NY State Nurse Practitioner License.
• Board Certified NP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct home-based patient exams & observations.
• Record medical history and symptoms.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Develop and update care plans.
• Administer treatments and medications.
• Educate patients and families on care management.
