About the Role

Two Ocean Education Partners is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to join our Marketing Operations team. In this role, you will support colleges and universities nationwide in achieving their student recruitment goals. As part of a fast-growing education technology and marketing company, you'll collaborate with mission-driven colleagues who are passionate about improving student success and access to higher education.

The Project Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely development, deployment, and tracking of performance marketing campaigns. You'll work cross-functionally across teams and with client partners, keeping projects on schedule and aligned to client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional project workflows, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Set up marketing campaigns in internal and external platforms, ensuring readiness for on-time execution.
• Partner with client leadership teams and internal Operations colleagues to understand client goals and maintain alignment throughout the partnership.
• Schedule and manage client meetings, ensuring agendas, logistics, and materials are prepared in advance.
• Participate in client calls/meetings, capture detailed notes, and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
• Support preparation and delivery of creative assets, presentations, and client-facing materials.
• Conduct proofing and quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain client guideline documentation, including content preferences and strategic updates.
• Assist with new client onboarding, including kickoff preparation and ongoing support.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience (entry-level; internship or project experience a plus).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• A passion for serving clients and helping them achieve success.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience working in marketing, higher education, or client services.
• Familiarity with project management or marketing tools.
