Reboot Staff is seeking a Public Relations Associate to support communication efforts, media outreach, and brand messaging strategies. This position plays a key role in enhancing our public image, building lasting partnerships, and ensuring a consistent voice across all platforms (excluding social media). You will work closely with the marketing and business development teams to align PR efforts with our strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and distribute press releases, company announcements, and internal communications

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry partners

  • Coordinate press events, interviews, and public appearances

  • Monitor industry trends and media coverage to develop timely PR opportunities

  • Maintain and update press kits and public relations databases

  • Assist in crisis communication efforts and reputation management

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging

  • Prepare detailed reports on PR outcomes and media placements

Qualifications



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in public relations, communications, or a related role

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

  • Proven ability to craft compelling narratives and press materials

  • Familiarity with media relations and event coordination

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines

  • No reliance on social media platforms required for this role
