Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst for our client, a reputable AI startup. This is an opportunity to work with a fast-growing, innovative team shaping the future of intelligent systems.

• Location: Remote
• Pay: $145/hour
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee administration of health, financial, and wellness benefits programs
• Ensure benefits compliance across multiple jurisdictions
• Manage HRIS benefits implementation and vendor integrations
• Create and deliver training materials for employee benefits education
• Collaborate with finance to optimize benefits spending and manage vendor relationships

What We’re Looking For:

• 4–6 years of experience in benefits, ideally in a high-growth environment
• Experience with international benefits programs
• Hands-on experience with Rippling and Workday implementation
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Excellent written communication and documentation abilities
