Job Description
cFocus Software seeks a Sr. Systems Analyst to join our program supporting the Department of Defense (DoD). This position is remote. This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Qualifications: - Six (6) years of professional experience in relation to implementation of business and technical requirements; analyzing; planning and development; application testing; and database management support.
- Qualified experience in Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) and enterprise architecture tools such as IBM’s System Architect
- Active DoD IAT Level III certification
Duties: - Analyze, design, and evaluate system solutions to support enterprise-level Navy and DoD programs.
- Gather, document, and validate system and user requirements to support new capabilities or enhancements.
- Develop functional and technical specifications to guide system design, configuration, and integration activities.
- Perform system modeling, simulation, and performance analysis to ensure solutions meet operational requirements.
- Support systems integration and testing, including validation of interoperability, performance, and security controls.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, process workflows, and data flow diagrams.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure system compliance with DoD and Navy cybersecurity standards.
- Coordinate with system administrators, developers, and engineers to resolve system issues and implement changes.
- Provide analytical support for lifecycle management, including modernization, upgrades, and decommissioning activities.
- Support requirements traceability, configuration management, and change control processes.
- Develop reports, presentations, and recommendations for leadership based on data-driven analysis.
