Intrado is looking to hire a  Technical Product Manager  to join our team. 

We are seeking a highly driven Technical Product Manager to lead the development, management, and lifecycle strategy of mission-critical communications products that support 911 call delivery and Public Safety Answering Point operations. You will own a diverse portfolio including Wireline (CLEC, RLEC, ALI), VoIP, ERL, EDB, Telematics, Private Wireless, VoWiFi, Direct Route, and a PSAP Contact Database. Your role will bridge the gap between engineering, operations, public safety policy, and customer needs to deliver highly reliable, standard-compliant, and future-ready solutions. You will also play a key role in understanding our costs, user requirements and our competitive stance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy and Roadmaps:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision and goals
  • Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, outlining milestones and timelines for product development
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Take a leadership role in collaboration of cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product development and launches
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members to drive efficiency and innovation
• Market Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends within the competitive landscape
  • Analyze customer feedback, behavior, and market data to make informed decisions and adjustments to product strategies
• Product Development:
  • Lead the product development process from ideation to release, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and business priorities
• User Experience and Design:
  • Work closely with the design team to create user-centric and intuitive product experiences
  • Advocate for the importance of user experience and usability in product development
• Metrics and Performance:
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the success of product launches
  • Analyze product performance data to make data-driven decisions and optimize product features
• Stakeholder Management:
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and requirements
  • Communicate product updates and roadmap progress to stakeholders, including executives

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field
• MBA is a plus

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience at Intrado and a passion to serve our Network and Information Services customers and grow this line of business
• Proven experience working with or managing products involving:
  • Wireline call delivery systems (ALI, selective routing)
  • VoIP / SIP-based platforms
  • Location information services (ERL/EDB)
  • Wireless call routing including VoWiFi and Private LTE/5G
  • Vehicle telematics and IoT integrations
• Strong understanding of 911 call flows, NG911 architecture, and PSAP operations.
• Technical proficiency in telecom protocols (SIP, SS7, ESRK/ESQK, etc.), IP networking, and cloud-based infrastructure
• Ambitious thought leader that will continue to advance the flagship product line
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Successful product delivery using agile development methodologies
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

The starting salary is anticipated between $95,000 and $110,000 to start and will be commensurate with experience.
