We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join us as Travel Coordinators Home- Based This home-based opportunity allows you to help clients organize and book travel experiences—from relaxing vacations to complex, multi-destination trips. Whether you're new to the travel industry or looking to grow your skills, we provide full training and support to help you succeed.
As a Travel Coordinator, you’ll work independently with the flexibility to create your own schedule, while using our tools and partnerships to deliver personalized service and support to clients.
Research and organize travel packages including flights, accommodations, cruises, and activities
Communicate with clients to assess needs and preferences
Create custom itineraries and provide expert destination advice
Handle booking confirmations, changes, and documentation
Maintain contact with travel vendors and stay updated on promotions and offers
Ensure an outstanding customer experience from inquiry to post-travel follow-up
Passion for travel and interest in helping others plan trips
Strong communication and time management skills
Comfortable using online booking tools and conducting research
Able to work independently in a remote setting
No prior travel experience required — training is provided
Must be 18 years or older and based in the United States
