UDW Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (subject to change)

Work Arrangement: In office
Salary Range: (Union Representative I, II: depending on experience)
Job Summary:
As a Union Representative , you will recruit and mobilize workers, facilitate training, and support member engagement to address workplace issues and advance union goals. You will lead orientations, workshops, and events, while building strong relationships with members and identifying potential leaders within the union. The role requires effective communication, accurate data management, and collaboration with colleagues to ensure successful outreach and event execution. Union Representatives also represent the union at professional events, assist with administrative tasks, and help develop materials and scripts to support organizing and advocacy efforts.
